There are so many people out there offering you possible solutions to your health issues, it can be a bit of a minefield deciding which path to follow. You will be wanting to know which will be the most likely to give to give you the results you desire. What’s interesting here is that the treatment/therapy/programme that will work the best is the one you believe in the most.
Beliefs are really powerful & many of us can have limiting beliefs that we may not even be aware of, such as:
- It’s not possible for me to change/get better
- It’s not my responsibility to fix things
- It won’t work for me
- I don’t deserve to get well/make changes
These limiting beliefs keep us stuck, unable to move forward. But beliefs can be changed, freeing us to improve our lives.
