This restorative and reflective retreat is designed for women in midlife who are navigating a moment of change — professionally, personally, or both. Whether you’re stepping into new responsibilities, balancing caring roles, reassessing your direction, or simply sensing that something in you is ready to shift, this weekend offers space to pause, breathe, and realign.

Grounded in positive psychology, the retreat integrates yoga, breathwork, strengths exploration, and values‑based inquiry to help you reconnect with what energises you and translate your inner wisdom into meaningful outer impact. We take a holistic approach, recognising that your personal and professional worlds are deeply interconnected — and that flourishing comes from honouring your whole self.

Across the 2 days, you’ll be supported to explore your strengths, clarify what matters most, and create the conditions for greater clarity, confidence, and alignment in the chapter ahead.

I’m delighted to say that Collette Murray will be joining me at this retreat to co-facilitate. Collette has a background in guiding organisations through transformation and helping leaders create environments where people feel valued, energised, and able to do their best work. Alongside this, her coaching practice allows her to work closely with individuals who are navigating their own transitions. She has learnt that people flourish when they understand their strengths, feel connected to their purpose, and have the confidence to move forward in a way that feels true to who they are.
Collette and I are both passionate about supporting women in midlife. She believes that this stage of life brings both complexity and opportunity, and she loves helping women rediscover their potential and step into their next chapter with clarity.
This retreat is an extension of that work, a space to pause, reflect, and realign so you can move forward with intention and renewed energy.

Arrival & Departure:

  • Arrival from 2pm on Tuesday
  • Retreat begins at 5pm
  • Departure by 3pm on Thursday
