We will meet once a week for 6 weeks at a mutually convenient time either in my home studio overlooking my peaceful garden or on Zoom.

Your investment is £495 for the 6 weeks.

It is possible to book individual sessions, but a commitment to working together for 6 weeks is ideal to allow for embedding learning & achieving lasting change.

How will we do this?

Coaching is never a one size fits all, but we will be drawing on positive psychology, somatic coaching, mindfulness & meditation.

The focus of psychology used to be mental illness. Positive psychology is concerned with helping people to flourish and live their best lives. The focus is on positive events and influences in life. Positive psychology interventions (PPIs) involve such things as exploring and encouraging positive emotions, identifying & using our strengths & building resilience in order to improve wellbeing and optimise performance.

Somatic coaching involves looking at a person holistically, noting that our behaviours are shaped by many aspects of our history. We can look at posture, body language & breathing for example & retrain our bodies to take on a different shape

We will also look at lifestyle choices, such as diet, physical activity & sleep behaviours.

It may also be useful to employ techniques to rewire our brains and create more helpful pathways to more desirable behaviours.

There will be goals of your choosing to work towards and suggested tasks to practise between sessions.
