Yoga is not about the perfect posture nor does it involve any degree of competition. Yoga is suitable for everyone, whatever your level of experience or flexibility.

Please talk to me about your issue before coming to a class but generally yoga is suitable for all whatever your level of fitness.

You’re welcome to borrow one of my mats if you’re just coming to try a class. However, if you start coming regularly, you’ll need your own mat. You may also want to bring a blanket or another layer of clothing for the relaxation part of the class.
