Would you like to attend one of my yoga & wellbeing retreats?

I run regular day retreats in a handcrafted yurt within the 3500 acre re-wilding project on the Knepp Estate in Sussex. It’s a great place to relax & unwind whilst being part of nature.

Venue – The Yoga Garden, Knepp Safaris, New Barn Farm, Swallow Lane, Dial Post, West Sussex RH13 8NN

There will be a mix of yoga, breathwork, relaxation/meditation & discussions around wellbeing themes, with plenty of time for walking around the estate, swimming in the natural pool (for those brave enough!) & socialising. You can either bring your own lunch or eat at the cafe or restaurant. There will also be plenty of refreshments and a woodburning stove to keep us warm, if needed.
