Are you dealing with chronic health issues that are preventing you from living your best life?

Maybe you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, menopausal issues or other health issues, which are holding you back.

You’ve probably tried all sorts of ways to get well with many different approaches, therapists and practitioners but with limited success.

Perhaps you’ve pretty much resigned yourself to living a less than fulfilling life but still have a degree of hope that help is round the corner.

If this is you, join me for 12 weeks for a in-depth bespoke 1:1 course where we will explore how and why you have become stuck and what you can do to take back your power and develop new habits and behaviours which promote health and wellbeing.

This course allows us to deep dive into your specific issues, to work out which physical and psychological patterns and habits are sabotaging you, how to disrupt these and to develop new useful ones, allowing your body to take on a new shape, your mind to be calm and focused where you need it to be. Once your body and mind are working together in a positive, health promoting fashion, you can then harness and direct your energy to where you would like it to be and start dreaming big.

We will be drawing on positive psychology, somatic coaching, NLP, mindfulness and meditation. The first step will be awareness of your issues, how they affect you physically and psychologically and identifying your conditioned tendencies i.e how you have learnt to react to stresses in your life. From there, we will start to look at how your patterns are being maintained and how to change them.

We will usually meet for an hour each week for 12 consecutive weeks.

The joy of working in this way is that the course can be individually tailored to you, each week building on the week before. Between sessions you will have the opportunity to reflect on things we have worked on and to practise and embed the learnings. There will also be goals of your choosing to work towards.

Sessions will ideally be in my home studio overlooking my peaceful garden or possibly on Zoom.

FAQs

Working 1:1 allows us to delve deeper into your specific issues and to work on individual solutions for you, which we will build on week by week.

Additional coaching sessions can be booked. Also, there is a Wellbeing Club you could join.

We will agree a regular day and time for our sessions and it’s very important that you commit to these sessions to get the best out of the course. If anything unforeseen occurs, we can discuss possible solutions. However, 24hrs notice is required for any changes to a session.

It’s best if you attend on your own as the course is designed to be 1:1 and having others present can be distracting, but we can discuss any special needs that you may have.

Yes. For example, we could do 1.5hr sessions over 8 weeks.

Yes, the fee for individual 1hr sessions is £85 or £125 for 1.5hrs
