More about the Positive Ageing workshops

Would you like to learn tools to help you to increase your sense of wellbeing & enable you to live your best life?

Have you have lost your mojo, your oomph, and would like to feel more energised?

Perhaps you could do with an injection of positivity and learn simple ways to optimise your wellbeing.

Maybe you are wondering what you can do to ensure you’re ageing well.

If you’re curious about positive psychology and how it might impact you, and would welcome the opportunity to share ideas in a small group of 2-6 people, then this is for you.

In this series of workshops, we will explore such topics as:

  • What is positive psychology?
  • Creating balance in our lives
  • Identifying our core values
  • Identifying & using our strengths
  • Setting achievable goals
  • The PERMA model of wellbeing
  • Increasing positivity
  • Managing stress
  • Breathing, mindfulness & meditation
  • Building resilience

There will be opportunities for discussion, information to take away & suggestions for things to work on at home.
You will be encouraged to set goals to work towards before the next session & in the longer term.

The aim of the sessions is to provide you with the tools to help yourself but also to engage with others in a fun way. The atmosphere is relaxed and offers a safe, nurturing space to discuss ideas, share concerns and encourage growth. Great to do with a friend or to make new connections.

Can also be individually arranged for 2-6 friends and/or family members.

Face to face sessions will be in my home studio overlooking my peaceful garden and will include refreshments.
