If you’re curious about positive psychology and how it might impact you, and would welcome the opportunity to share ideas in a small group of 2-6 people or 1:1, then this is for you.
In this series of workshops, we will explore such topics as:

I am so pleased that I joined Theresa for a taster yoga session nearly two years ago! Since then, I have gained improved flexibility, balance and coordination as a regular in her yoga classes. I have also gained a new perspective through attendance in her Positive Psychology course. Theresa is calm, kind and approachable and she gently challenges us to foster positivity in all areas of our lives. The changes, both physical and mental, have been slow and steady, but it’s truly lovely to look back over the past couple of years and see how far I have come.
