The menopausal years can be challenging for women as we deal with changes in our bodies & minds and try to manage a whole range of possible physical & psychological symptoms and our emotions too.
If you are a midlife woman looking for support and guidance during this time, my Menopause Support could be for you.
This service is aimed at giving you the space to reconnect with yourself, to learn to accept some of the changes you are experiencing, to develop some tools to deal with your emotions & find a renewed sense of purpose.
As a mind-body practitioner with expertise in movement, breathwork & positive psychology, I bring an authentic, compassionate, informed approach to enabling you to find you own way forward.
This service is delivered 1:1 or in small groups meeting weekly for a period of 6 weeks in my peaceful studio overlooking my garden.
Each 90-minute session allows time for checking in, some new input from me and time to practise and/or discuss it. Each session is bespoke according to the needs of the individuals.
The cost for the full 9hr programme is £675. Discounts available if booking as a group.
