I just took part in one of Theresa’s day retreats. It was a lovely day with a welcoming group of ladies. I loved Theresa’s mindful approach to yoga, having not done much before it felt very inclusive to all abilities. Theresa also lead some really interesting discussions and the surroundings were stunning. I had a dip in the beautiful natural pond with a few others. It was a wonderful, relaxing day.
