More about the Stuck to Thrive programme

Are you looking for help to improve your sense of wellbeing and start living your best life?

Maybe you’re stuck in a rut, not feeling satisfied with one or more areas of your life.

Perhaps you recognise the need to make changes but don’t quite know how.

Possibly you’re aware of the passage of time and would like to find ways to age well.

If this is you, would you love to be improving your life and moving forward in a positive way?

Join me 1:1 for a 6 week course and I will guide you to make the changes you want whilst dealing with the challenges you face.

Each week you’ll be introduced to tools and ideas from positive psychology, things you can easily put into practise between sessions and continue beyond the course. Whilst it will be geared specifically to you and your needs, these are some of the things we will be looking at:

  • Identifying areas of your life that you would like to improve
  • Looking at your core values and strengths
  • Tackling limiting beliefs
  • Models of wellbeing
  • Ways to increase positivity
  • Managing stress
  • Breathing, mindfulness & meditation
  • Building resilience
  • Setting achievable goals

We will meet for an hour each week over a 6 week period at a time agreed between us. Each week you will be leaving with tools you can put into practise and a goal to focus on. The aim is that by the end of the course you will have made changes to your life, improved your wellbeing and be armed with tools to continue moving forward.

Sessions will be either in my home studio overlooking my peaceful garden or on Zoom.
