This is for you if you would enjoy working in a small group to explore themes around wellbeing.

How will we do this?

  • Through positive psychology coaching. The focus of psychology used to be mental illness. Positive psychology is concerned with helping people to flourish and live their best lives. The focus is on positive events and influences in life. Positive psychology interventions (PPIs) involve such things as exploring and encouraging positive emotions, identifying & using our strengths & building resilience in order to improve wellbeing and optimise performance.
  • Through somatic coaching. Somatic coaching involves looking at a person holistically, noting that our behaviours are shaped by many aspects of our history. We can look at posture, body language & breathing for example & retrain our bodies to take on a different shape.
  • Through looking at lifestyle choices, such as diet, physical activity & sleep behaviours.
  • It may also be useful to employ some NLP techniques to rewire our brains and create more helpful pathways to more desirable behaviours.
