Breathwork – next one tbc. Please register your interest

Practising breathing exercises involving simple movements that allow engagement of the parasympathetic nervous system & letting go of tension, stress & anxiety

Yoga for Strength – monthly on Thursdays 9-10am & Saturdays 3-4pm

Practising yoga movements specifically designed to increase strength with the aid of props, such as resistance bands & weights

Positive Ageing  – next one is Monday 9th March 6.30-8.30pm
